Prices

All prices on this website are in Euro.  Schoolbooks are exempt from vat, and stationery includes vat rate @23%. The full correct  price you pay will be printed opposite the title , and in your basket when you tick the "confirm box",to OK your order.

Discount

We allow a 10% discount OFF the recommended retail price of new school books AND STATIONERY purchased ONLINE IN JUNE/JULY 2012. The discount will be deducted automatically when you select the required option on the "checkout" page.

OR we will professionally machine cover all your new school book purchases for FREE if you select that option instead. THIS ONLINE OFFER AVAILABLE JUNE/JULY 2012.

All payments are processed by www.Realexpayments.com directly with your bank, and made over a secure server at the time of your order. Consequently no information regarding your Laser Card,Credit Card or Debit Card is known at Joyces Discount Schoolbooks.

Delivery and timing

We aim to dispatch orders,usually within three working days and your order should be with you within five working days.We can deliver the goods to your work address if you wish but if you opt for home delivery someone must be there to take that delivery. (A signature is required.) Our deliveries are made by Fastway Couriers Ireland and cost just €5 flat rate.

Returns policy

Joyces Discount Bookshop endeavours to ensure that the condition of all products on this website are as described. In the event that you receive an item incorrectly, you may return it and we will refund postage to you. If you decide not to keep the goods, ordered and supplied correctly, you may return them, within seven days, but postage will not be refunded.

We will credit your card for any items returned immediately including postage if applicable. These items must of course be in mint condition.
